This workshop is intended for audiences of all types, including mediators, business and human resource professionals, non-profit directors, clergy, and educators.

An engaging, practice-oriented training focused on resolving real-world workplace conflict. Step into the role of an Employee Conflict Resolution Manager as you work through a tense office dispute between a valued employee and a new manager. Learn to analyze conflict, manage difficult conversations, and apply practical resolution strategies through interactive exercises and role plays.

*This course is certified by the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia. However, please note that mere attendance at this training does not guarantee successful completion of the course for mediation certification purposes. By incorporating his portfolio of experiences as a business consultant, educator, and justice practitioner into his “How To” presentations, Chuck Boles, M.A., has become a popular convention speaker, workshop facilitator, and university professor. His career has witnessed him receiving multiple professional certifications and recognitions, including a Master of Arts in Communication and Marketing. In addition to serving as a Military Hospice Counselor and Department of Defense Ombudsman, Chuck is an Adjunct Professor of Justice Studies and a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator. His motto is “Helping Others Make Their Lives BETTER Than They Can Do For Themselves!”
