About the Session
Join us in a Mediator Ethics workshop that provides a fun and engaging way to interact with Virginia's Standards of Ethics for Mediators.
The session will review some key areas of the Ethics, with connection to areas within the VA Code and the UPL. Followed by a group scenario discussion touching on the Mediator Complaint Process.
This course is approved for 2 hours of Mediator Ethics credits by the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Requirements & Policies
Technical Requirements: In order to participate in this online class you must have a computer with a camera and microphone as well as a strong, secure internet connection.
⚠️ Attendance Policy
If you miss any portion of this training, the trainer may not be able to provide you with a completion certificate. Any missed time must be approved by the FairField Center. If the time missed can be made up outside of class time, there will be a $75 charge per hour fee for one-on-one instructor time.
