Mediation Ethics, The Code, and the UPL
The session will review some key areas of the Ethics, with connection to areas within the VA Code and the UPL. Followed by a group scenario discussion touching on the Mediator Complaint Process.
*This course is certified by the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia. However, please note that mere attendance at this training does not guarantee successful completion of the course for mediation certification purposes. Mode: Interactive, Synchronous Zoom Meeting
Requirements: In order to participate in this online class you must have a computer with a camera and microphone as well as a strong, secure internet connection.
If you miss any portion of this training, the trainer may not be able to provide you with a completion certificate. Any missed time must be approved by the FairField Center. If the time missed can be made up outside of class time, there will be a $75 charge per hour fee for one one-on-one instructor time.

** refunds minus a 10% admin fee may be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the training starts.
*** no refund will be issued when cancellation is made within 7 days of the training start date, but the registration fee can be applied to a future training taken within 12 months.
